Southport was created with a clear concept – a fusion of food, music and art offering a celebration to the sensis. Retaining all authentic features of the villa, the premisis are designed to offer various alternatives in a blend of outlets that include Leonardo-fine casual dining, Vinolounge, Conceptcafe and The Gardens. The classic surroundings and contemporary furnishings offer the perfect setting for any special occassion.

Conceptcafe offers a casual setting and is ideal for a morning snack, a light lunch or even an evening meal. The menu includes salads, pasta and pizza apart from sandwiches and home-made cakes. An a la carte menu is also available and includes fresh fish, grills and Maltese dishes .

Vino Lounge is a chill out venue in a laid back atmosphere. One could relax in the classy lounge or enjoy the serenity of the gardens. The cellar is stocked with a selection of over 300 labels from around the world and the menu includes platters and other wine freindly nibbles.

Leonardo-fine casual dining offers the ideal setting for any occasion or intimate meal. The terrace overlooks the stunning harbour while the dining room offers a more formal ambience. At Leonardo the a la carte menu changes with the season and is mainly Mediterranean with a touch of Eastern flavours.

The Gardens offer the perfect venue for any social activity, corporate event or gathering. Various menus and packages are available for any private function for up to 250 guests. Surrounded by greenery and water features the gardens create an oasis in tranquility.
